Bract Properties, LLC is not obligated to process any application that is turned in incomplete.  Any individual over 18 years old who is planning to reside in the rental unit is required to complete an application.  Futhermore, if a Lease Contract is entered into & ANY information on this application is found to be untrue or incorrect, Bract Properties LLC retains the right to cancel said agreement & tenant may forfeit any Security Deposit.

I hereby certify that the information given in this application is true & correct to the best of my knowledge and I have not knowingly withheld any fact of circumstance which would, if disclosed, affect my application unfavorably.  Bract Properties LLC is hereby authorized to verify any & all information given by means of Credit Report Verification, Employment Verification, Criminal History Verification and may contact References.  All information gained in connection with this application will be used to determine suitability of Applicant.  Applicant agrees that Bract Properties LLC shall have the right to determine the suitability of any prospective tenants and/or reject an application for any reason not prohibited by law.
