At Bract Properties, we know that maintenance issues will arise.  Once a request has been submitted, we will do our best to resolve the issue within 72 hours.  In the event of an emergency, please do not submit a maintenance request.  instead,

[ Effective 12.01.2017 ]  a $25 penalty fee will be billed to any tenant should the following occur:

*   Any tenant who schedules a maintenance appointment and

        Fails to be at the property during the scheduled time slot.    

  The contractor will reschedule the maintenance appointment,                       and a penalty fee will be billed to the tenant.
